Here at Larks Restaurant it is our privilege to continue the Southern Oregon’s tradition of making true artisan food. Coupled with this understanding is a deep love for the craft, for food, and for those who will eat it.

Our philosophy includes the use of the freshest, locally sourced ingredients possible and a mutually beneficial partnership with the local farmers and any other food purveyors. Cooking from scratch, Executive Chef Maggie Trujillo, together with her team, are inspired by Oregon’s farms, orchards, creameries and wineries.

Her innovative comfort food showcases this region’s bounty, beautifully reflected in seasonally changed menus, and daily specials.
