Our philosophy includes the use of the freshest, locally sourced ingredients possible and a mutually beneficial partnership with the local farmers and any other food purveyors. Cooking from scratch, Executive Chef Maggie Trujillo, together with her team, are inspired by Oregon’s farms, orchards, creameries and wineries.
